We can see the battle between the 27th Wizard King, Conrad Leto, and the 28th Wizard King, Julius Novachrono, in the movie Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King.

Conrad Leto
Conrad Leto is the 27th Wizard King of the Clover Kingdom’s Magic Knight. Adding on, he is also the leader of the group, which has the name is White Serpent Squad.” In The Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, he is one of the antagonists.
Later, he was removed from the title of the Wizard King going over the Clover Kingdom. It was all because he is the leader of the Diamond Kingdom, and they represent aggressiveness and think of the Clover Kingdom as their enemy.

In the battle, Conrad Leto can use the Key Magic. Also, he uses this magic in order to create the keys that can open and close the magical rifts. Julius Novachrono
Julius Novachrono is the 28th Wizard King of the Clover Kingdom’s Magic Knights. Even more, he was also the leader of the squad, whose name is Grey Deer. Adding on, Julius was born in the Spade kingdom as well as in a body with the two souls.
The other soul was Zogratis. Later, Julius moves to the Clover Kingdom, lives with a noble family, and joins Grey Deer.

Time Magic
The magic that Julius uses is Time Magic. Using the Time Magic, he can manipulate the time; he can accelerate, slow, or reverse the time. Adding on, he can also heal the injuries with his Time magic, which can be done by reversing the time.

Julius is very good at speed. He can easily dodge the attacks as well as attack the enemy with enhanced speed.
Devil-Possessed
As well, Julius is the host for the devil, whose name is Astaroth. It provides Julius with power, and with the help of the devil, he can use Time Magic too.
Conrad Leto vs. Julius Novachrono
The first act of the film Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King features a battle between Julius and the Wizard King. Adding on, it is the battle between the two Wizard Kings. Actually, these battles happened 10 years before the plotline of the movie.
Julius was stopping Conrad in order to complete his motive of getting the Imperial Sword. He wants to destroy the Clover kingdom with the help of the sword and create a new world with equality. But Julius, being a Wizard king, can’t let his people die and comes to stop Conrad. As a result, the battle between them takes place.
Conrad makes the first move to attack Julius.
As Julius says, he will not help those who are wrong, and the wrong is Conrad. In addition, after hearing it from Julius, Conrad gets angry and attacks with his magic, creating a number of doors. But his attack is well stopped by Julius, including other magic knights.
Conrad Leto uses the Imperial Sword, Elsdocia

Julius was able to seal Conrad Leto
After the dangerous strike from Conrad Leto, Conrad tries to smile, but Julius manages to go behind him without his knowledge. Also, he says that there is no future where Conrad is headed. whereas it makes Conrad angry for denying his goal.
But Julis forms an ion-like shield, and it starts to increase in number. It was to seal Conrad Leto. Adding on, Conrad says that if he seals him right now, he will not be able to get the Imperial Sword. In return, Julius says that he can later get the imperial sword too, which is not needed now. As a result, Julius seals Conrad Leto, and Conrad says that he will be returning again.
Julius vs. Conrad Leto Who is the winner?
As the fight was short and put at the start of the movie Black Clover. It is clear that Julis can win over Conrad Leto. Adding on, Conrad was easily matching Conrad’s speed in the battle. Even more, Conrad just sealed him very easily without much effort.
