Who is Yuji Itadori?

Yuji Itadori is the main protagonist of the Japanese anime series Jujutsu Kaisen. He was living a normal life until he meets Megumi for the first time. While meeting Megumi for the first time he was chased by the demon and he ate the fingers of Sukuna and becomes a vessel for Sukuna. Then, he starts to attend Tokyo Jujutsu High in the first year along with Megumi and Nobara.

The Japanese voice for the character is provided by the Japanese voice actor, Junya Enoki. Whereas, the English voice for the character is provided by the American voice actor, Adam McArthur.

Who is Yuji Itadori’s parents? Are they dead?

Yuji Itadori’s mother has revealed in chapter 143 of the series and her name is Kaori Itadori. Heading on, she is a Brain and she has stitches on her forehead. His mother stands as one of the mysteries and there is still more to be revealed about his mother. Actually, his mother is a Brain.

Megumi Fushiguro

Megumi Fushiguro was there when Yuji was first attacked by the curse. Since then Megumi is helping Yuji. Megumi is a very good fighter and does not want anything to happen to Yuji Itadori.

Aoi Todi

Aoi Todi sees all the students of Jujtsu High as his enemy. Adding on, he is a student of Kyoto High. They both become friends with each other when Aoi asked what his ideal woman looks like. We can also expect them to fight together in the upcoming battles. Aoi also treats him like his brother.

Yuji Itadori Love Interest

Moving toward the plotline of Jujutsu Kaisen, the anime is not based on a love story. But, every fan of his is curious to know about his love interest of him. The only one for whom he has a love interest is Yuko Ozawa. Even though he seems to be liking her, Yuko has not revealed her true feelings. Heading on, he also seems to be spending time with Nobara. The strength of Yuji Itadori is very good even without the curse energy. He can easily destroy the walls with ease. While fighting he mostly uses Divergent Fist and Black Flash. With this technique, he is also able to exorcise the cursed spirits.

Enhanced Durability

The durability of Yuji cannot be compared to other characters in the series. we can see him showing his durability during the fight with Choso. In which, he consumes a lot of damage as well as pierces blood. But, he was able to stand up and continue the fight. Similarly, he was also able to withstand and continue the fight with Mahito though Mahito has numerous attacks on him.

Poison Resistance

Being a vessel of Sukuna, poison can do nothing against him. As a result, he is resistant to the poison. Whereas he will feel the pain from the poison but the poison will not affect him. When he was fighting with Junpei he shows his resistance to poison.

Does Yuji Itadori dies in Jujutsu Kaisen?

As of now, it is not revealed whether Yuji will be killed at the end of the series or not. But, we know that Gojo is the one who killed his best friend with a curse, Getou Suguru with his own hands in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Heading on, if Yuji is able to eat all the 20 fingers of Sukuna, he will become one of the strongest characters. So, it lies up to Gojo whether he will kill his student or save him. Thus, the death of Yuji is still a mystery in the series.
