Salaryman’s Club

Salaryman’s Club is sports(badminton) Japanese anime television series. The anime was first aired on January 30, 2022, on Network, TV Asahi. Also, the anime is directed by the director Aimi Yamauchi and written by Teruko Utsumi including Aimi Yamauchi. Moreover, it got animated under Liden Films.

Main Plot

As the anime is of the sports genre, the anime follows the life event of the badminton player, Mikoto Shiratori. Mikoto plays badminton for Mitsuhoshi Bank. Despite seeming an easy game, badminton is a complex game that requires physical strength with mental capacity. There are two forms of the games; Single and Double.

Mikoto transfers from double to single due to some past events. However, it seems that the character could perform well in the single.

Additionally, it leads him to get kicked out of his old team. Moving on, he again got included in the team, Sunlight Beverage corporate. In addition, he has a very busy day. Besides, playing badminton and practicing it, he also works in the sales department of the company.

Which makes it very hard to adjust to his new day-to-day life. Whereas, he keeps on thinking that if he had done wrong by joining the company. After all, he comes to know all about his teammates and seems able to confront his dream.

1. Mikoto Shiratori

Mikoto Shiratori is the main protagonist of the series. He is one of the players who used to play badminton. While playing badminton he faces many challenges that lest him not to getting what he wants to achieve. Moreover, he transfers from duo badminton to single which is the main reason he is not able to perform well. For which he also got kicked out from his former team. Then, he enters a new team to be a good player. His journey of him as a player in a new team continues.

The Japanese voice for the character is provided by the Japanese voice actor Junya Enoki. Some of his projects include Sword Art Online, Parasyte, and Your Lie in April.

Moving towards the English dubbed version, the American voice actor Howard Wang voiced the character.

2. Tatsuru Miyazumi

3. Toya Saeki

In order to save expenses as they will have less expense if they live together.

The Japanese voice for the character is played by the Japanese voice actor Ryōta Ōsaka.

4. Sota Saeki

But the real thing is he often bears some kind of lack of confidence while playing badminton.

The Japanese voice for the character is voiced by the Japanese voice actor and singer Tetsuya Kakihara. In this anime world, he is known for providing the voice for anime like Fairy Tail, BlazBlue, and Corpse Party.
