Hunter x Hunter

Hunter x Hunter is an adventure, fantasy, and martial arts Japanese manga and anime series. The manga is written and illustrated by the Manga Artist, Yoshihiro Togashi. Also, the manga was first serialized on March 16, 1998, in Shueisha’s Shōnen manga Magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.

Moving the anime, the anime was first aired on October 16, 1999, on English Network, Funimation Channel. The anime is directed by the director Kazuhiro Furuhasi.

Hunter x Hunter- Main Plot

The plotline is based on the Hunters who used to travel to various places to hunt various monsters. Also, the hunters take part in very dangerous tasks. In addition, to become such a hunter, one needs to pass the hunter exam. Every person becoming a hunter has their own ambition to become it.

Similarly, the main plot of the anime follows 12-years old Gon Freecss who has a different ambition. The only reason he has become such a hunter is that he thought that being it, he can meet his father. As his father is also a hunter. While on this journey he makes a team with new friends Kurapika and Killua Zoldyck.

Hunter x Hunter- Main Characters

1. Gon Freecss

Gon Freecss is a hunter whose father is also a hunter, Ging Freecss. Additionally, being inspired by his father and in order to meet his father, he has become a hunter. Even more, he seems to be a very cheerful boy who used to make a lot of friends. Further, he is very enriched with skills as he has good very good smell compared to a dog. In addition, sometimes due his anger leads to various problems. Though his anger draws him towards problems his problems let him grow even more powerful.

Further, Gon is too confident only in his ability and thinks that he can win over stronger rivals too. Most problems for him are created as he stands to help all who are very close to him. Moving on, Gon was raised in absence of his father, only at 9 years old, did he know he has a father.

2. Killua Zoldyck

Killua Zoldyck is a good friend of Gon who is also a hunter. Moreover, he runs from his family with the only objective to become a hunter. In addition, he also seems like the protagonist Gon, as he is also very friendly and often keeps a smile on his face. Even more, he has a very good thinking ability that makes him able to solve problems in a very short period of time. Though he is very small for his age his thinking ability and problem-solving skills are higher as compared to adult ones. Due to his good friend, Gon often admits that Killua is his best friend.

Even though he was trained a lot by his family, he rather does not change it into pain. As well, he remains a quiet and positive person. We see that lot of training and pressure mentally affect kids whereas Killua has taken it as an advantage.

3. Hisoka Morow

Hisoka Morow is the antagonist of the series Hunter x Hunter. Moving on, he is a person who loves to challenge people, and if he finds one he could kill them. Even more, he waits for both Gon and Killua to be powerful enough and fight with them. Further, he has a very selfish kind of attitude, he does only the things he wants to do not thinking about what effect can it does on others. In addition, to fight with Gon only he becomes to a good level, he left him in the situation he is in now. Due to his killing and challenging people he seems to be a psychopath.

Moving on, he damn cares about the things that happened in the past. The only thing that matters to him is present. Though, being an antagonist in the series with killing nature, he sometimes shows emotion in some of the incidents.

4. Jed

Jed is the antagonist of the series in the movie The Last Mission. At first, he has no problem with hunters. But, when he sees his comrade’s death and finds out that the hunters are making a lot of problems for him to live. Which creates strong hate for hunters for him. As a result, he stands as the main antagonist. Further, the hate has grown too much for him as he thinks hunters are evil. Even though he was captured by such hate, he still has emotion within himself. The emotions were seen when one of his comrades sies in front of him.

Also, he was not like this in his past. In addition, he was very good and owned the Hunter Association. Moreover, he was killed already at the hand of Isaac. Later, he comes upon as revival in The Last Mission movie.

Is Hunter x Hunter coming after more than 4 years?

Yes, the Hunter x Hunter is going to come again having the long break. And, the news is confirmed as the creator, Yoshihiro Togashi has updated his Twitter. Further, Twitter has numerous a retweet. Moreover, the creator is not going to disappoint the fans. As well, the fans also seemed to be very happy. Even more, it is found that they still have four chapters left. Which left the fans to know that Hunter x Hunter is really coming back.
