WHO IS RACHEL “RAY” GARDNER?
Rachael “Ray” Gardner is the main protagonist of the Japanese anime series Angels of Death. At the start of the series, she finds herself in the building and does not know why she is there. Even more, she is also popular as “Little Miss Horror Show”.
WHO ARE THE VOICE ACTORS OF RACHEL “RAY” GARDNER?
The Japanese voice for the character is provided by the Japanese voice actress, Haruka Chisuga. Whereas, the English voice for the character is contributed by the American voice actress, Meg McClain.
APPEARANCE
Moving towards her appearance, she looks like a small girl, as she is 13 years old. Even more, she has a height of 5 feet, 1 inch, along with blonde hair. In addition, the color of her eyes is blue.
Also, her eyes turn a darker blue in episode 3 of the series. Most of the time, she seems to be wearing a shirt with a cardigan.
BACKSTORY
In the past, her parents were the ones who raised her. Her mother was unemployed, whereas her father’s occupation was that of a police officer. But her parents used to drink alcohol. Even more, he used to abuse her mother verbally as well as physically. One day, she finds the secret weapon that her mother was mumbling about and wants to kill her father using it.
On the same day, a fight happens between her mother and father. So, she rushes towards the kitchen. As she reaches there, she sees her father stabbing her mother. Later, her father finds out that she is watching the incident, so he goes after him. Anyway, she manages to kill him with the secret weapon (pistol) of her mother. She even sewed the body and turned it into a doll to make a happy family.
RELATIONSHIP
ZACK
Zack and Ray actually form a relationship with each other to fulfill each other’s motives. Ray tells him to complete her wish of dying, and she will help Zack escape from the building. Further, as the series keeps on moving, she starts to get closer to Zack.
Moving on, she does not take Zack as the serial killer or the monster. She still sees a kind person in him. So she wants to know more about Zack.
DANNY
Danny is the doctor. In addition, Ray goes to Danny for counseling. Danny fell into her dark blue eyes. The same eyes that the mother of Danny had
Even more, he wants to have the eye of Ray. As a result, he can do anything in order to see her dark blue eyes.
