Qin Shi Huang is a character in the Japanese anime and manga series, Record of Ragnarok. He appears in the seventh round of Ragnarok as a human representative against Hades.
He also has his first/real name which is Ying Zheng. Adding on, this name also holds the meaning of the first emperor. Adding on, he is the one who founded the Qin Dynasty. His efforts worked out and he was able to make China one of the various kingdoms. As a result, he is also known as one of the great emperors in China.

Appearance
Moving towards appearance, he has a similar body structure to Jack the Ripper. Whereas, he has a good muscular body with big shoulders. In his right eye, he has a tattoo of two centipedes.
