Who is Masachika Kuze?
Masachika Kuze is the main character of the Japanese anime series, Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian aka Roshider by the writer, SunSunSun published in Shōsetsuka ni Narō.
He is a freshman at Seiren Private Academy. Also, he is the General Affairs member of the student council of the academy.
Who are the voice actors of Masachika Kuze?
The Japanese voice of the character is contributed by the voice actor, Kōhei Amasaki. The voice actor was born on 22nd October 1990 in Settsu, Osaka Prefecture. Currently, Amasaki is working with the voice talent management company, I’m Enterprise.
He is popular for contributing his voice to characters such as Suzuki in The Eccentric Family, Kaname in Dororo, Ken Tachibana in Heavenly Delusion, and Chloe in Promise of Wizard. The children’s version of the character is provided by the voice actor, Mayuko Kazama in the Japanese version.
Talking about the English dubbed version, the character is provided by the voice actor, Aaron Dismuke. The American voice actor, Dismuke is also an ADR Director, and the scriptwriter by profession. Mostly, he had worked for the streaming service, Funimation. In the year 2024, he made his appearance in the anime series including The Demon Prince of Momochi House, Kaiju No.8, and One Piece.

Masachika Kuze was born on the 9th of April. He is 16 years old. His father, Kyoutarou Kuze is currently working for the Japanese government as the Embassy of Japan for the United Kingdom.
His mother’s name is Yumi Suou. He also has a younger sister named Yuki Suou aka Noble Princess. She is a first-year student at Seiren Private Academy. Despite sharing a great bond as siblings, they do not live together in the same house reason being his parents’ divorce. His parents parted their ways with divorce mutually. Hence, he and his sister, Yuki don’t share the same surname.
Maschika kuze’s Family Background
Maschika Kuze comes from a noble family background where his maternal grandfather is a former Diplomat by profession. His name is Gensei Suou. In his career as a diplomat, he also acted as the Ambassador to the United States.
During his childhood, he spent most of his time with his maternal grandfather. However, they shared a cold bond as Gensei was strict and had very high expectations from his grandchildren.
Following the divorce of his parent, he stayed with his paternal grandfather and father whereas his sister lived with his mother. They created a distance between the siblings.

His parental grandfather’s name is Tomohisa Kuze. When he started living with Tomohisa after the divorce of his parents, he had a good childhood. Unlike Gensei, Tomohise was quite easygoing grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchild.
He was the one who motivated him to watch Russian movies which helped him to learn the language. Soon he became able to understand and read the language at a native level.

He has black eyes with black hair. His height is 5 feet and 6 inches and weighs around 65 kg. He has a lean body type. Most of the time, he wears his school’s uniform which happens to be a white shirt, black pants and tie with cream colored sweater and coat.
He has an easygoing nature like his grandfather, Tomohisa Kuze. He has no motivation in anything including study and scores low in his class. However, he is quite intelligent, witty, and reliable. He always likes to remain away from the spotlight. Further, he is always attentive and quite sensitive and compassionate for the people surrounding him.
Masachika Kuze Love Interest & Relationship
Masachika Kuze’s love interest in the series is Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou. Talking about their relationship, they are childhood friends who they studied at the same school.
His grandfather, Tomohisa used to meet with Alisa and her mother, Akemi Kujou during their parent-teacher interviews when both Masachika and Akemi were little. At the time, his grandfather would tease at the idea of both of them getting married.
Kuza is the only one in the classroom who shows no interest in Alisa. However, as the story proceeds both will develop a loving romantic bond with each other.
