Who is Kyutaro Kugi?
Kyutaro Kugi (Kyūtarō Kugi) is the person who operates a small pub. The pub covers all of his dealings with many assassins. As of now, he is 32 in age. He has his appearance in the first episode of the series. Even more, he is the one to help Kazuki and Rei to find work.
Who are the voice actors of Kyutaro Kugi?
The Japanese voice for the character is provided by the Japanese voice actor, Toshiyuki Morikawa. Whereas, the English voice for the character is contributed by the American voice actor, Austin Tindle.
Kyutaro Kugi – Appearance and Personality
Kyutaro is a person with an average body but has a height taller than that average. The color of his hair is brown. Adding on, he wears glasses too. As he owns the small pub, he seems to be wearing the dress of a waiter.
Kyutaro seems to be a very silent and calm type of person. He talks calmly with people even if they make a mistake.

Kazuki Kurusu

Ryo Ogine is a cold-blooded person and he is a killer. As of now, he has killed a number of people. Kyutaro is the one who assigned him to the team. Whereas, Kazuki is unaware he is also involved in the death of his wife.
Kyutaro thinks Miri is a problem for their missions
Kyutaro is the one who gets all the mission and provides it to the team. He divides the roles and responsibilities. Moving on, he feds up with both Kazuki and Rei after getting Miri. It was because it was interfering with their mission. Kyuutaro feels that Miri is the one who has been creating a problem on their mission of assassination. In reality, Miri gets herself into various problems too. Thus, what Kyutaro thinks is true in reality.
Kyutaro holds information about a different person
When Kazuki finds out about Miri and takes her with him. Kazuki wants to know more about her father, Atsushi. Whereas, Kyutaro holds information about him too. As running the small pub and managing all the missions of assassination, he has good information about most of the people around him. He communicates this information with Kazuki and Rei in order to complete their mission easily.
