Chisato Nishikigi is the main protagonist of the action (girls with guns) Japanese anime and manga series, Lycoris Recoil.
She is a young girl working as a waitress in Café LycoReco. Also, she is also one of Lycoris which is a group of female agents working for Direct Attack known as DA. Also, DA is a secret group that looks after crimes.

JAPANESE VOICE ACTRESS, CHIKA ANZAI

The Japanese voice for the character is provided by the Japanese voice actress, Chika Anzai. Chika was born on 22 December 1990 in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. Her hobbies includes reading and learning.
As of now, she is working as an agent for Avex. When she was 19 years old, she made her first debut as a voice actress. As well, she is also known for providing a voice for anime like Attack On Titan, Hunter x Hunter, and Chihayafuru 2.

The English voice for the character is played by the American voice actress, Lizzie Freeman.
