Battle Game in 5 Seconds is also popular via another name, Battle in 5 Seconds After Meeting. It is an action Japanese anime and manga series. The manga is written by Saizō Harawata and illustrated by the Manga Artist, Kashiwa Miyako. Also, the manga was first serialized on August 11, 2015, in Shogakukan’s MangaONE app and Ura Sunday Website.

Moving towards the anime, the anime was first aired on July 13, 2021, on the Network, Tokyo MX. The anime is directed by the director Meigo Naito and Nobuyoshi Arai. As well, the anime is written by Touka Machida.

Battle Game in 5 Seconds- Main Plot

The plot of the anime starts with a usual morning. A boy who read in a high school, Akira Shiroyanagi finds himself on a battlefield. For which, he was not interested but dragged by a girl who calls herself Mion. Moving on, he learns that the memory of the participant’s family is erased. As well, they were taken to do experiments. In addition, through such kinds of experiments, the participants have also gained power.

Besides other participants, Akira is one expected to win the game. But Akira stands with the motive to destroy the organization. As well his brain skills have also added advantage for him to battle against other participants.

1. Akira Shiroyanagi

Akira Shiroyanagi is the main protagonist of the series. Furthermore, he has very strong power as his power is what other thinks it is. Further, he easily completes the program along with Mion. But he still wants to take revenge on her. As well, he often feels bored with his life. To escape such boring he wants to involve in a thrilling life. Also, when various dangers arise around him, he still feels calm and reacts easily towards them. Before he gets involved in the experiments, he used to play a game a lot. When he was going to school he gets caught by a person. As he wakes up he founds himself surrounded by doctors.

2. Yuri Amagake

Yuri Amagake is a student who is reading at the level of high school. Also, she possesses the power to increase five times of her physical strength. Among the other characters, she is a normal civilian in the place she resides. However, bearing such power ability, she is also one of the strongest characters. Moreover, she often hits Akira when he does wrong things around her. Even more, she likes Alira and has a crush on him.

3. Rin Kashi

Whereas, later in the series it is shown that Iori is a very calm and collective type of person. Further, he only loves to do things that will only add profit for him.

6. Tora Shiroyanagi

Tora Shiroyanagi has a son whose name is Akira Shiroyanagi. Further, he is the first one to become a member of the observer team. As well, he also tells to his teammates not to harm or attack his son. Later, he tells Akira indirectly that to activate his ability he needs a touch. Moreover, he also tells that he still loves his wife.

7. Ringo Tatara
